Just recently, a ministerial regulation as implementing regulation of Government Regulation on house or residence ownership by foreigner was issued. Though no significant new stipulations, the regulation provides limit on the sale price of a condominium unit or a house. The sale price differs region to region across Indonesia. Interesting to know, there is no limit of numbers of property that can be purchased by the foreigner. This is good news.
