Property&Bank magazine, edition 145, published my article in Indonesian language titled Transit Oriented Development (Pengembangan Kawasan Berorientasi Transit). This article speaks on the latest regulation by the Minister of Agrarian that support the transit oriented development nationally.

The regulation provides guidelines and terms to understand the TOD better. As a result, each local government should implement this TOD regulation. Accordingly, let us hope that the every parts of Indonesia will implement TOD.
