I attended a summer school program at Penn Law school, University of Pennsylvania on "US Business Law for International Practitioners" in July, for around 2 weeks. The school also brought the students to visit New York and Washington DC to US Capitol and Supreme Court. It was a valuable and enjoying experience, having the chance to be taught by experts and highly-experienced practitioners, and to learn about the US Law. One word that was described by one of the senior professors of the program regarding US Law, is that it is "complicated" 🙂
